Donations and Sponsorship Spiral Nature has been officially up and running since October 31, 2000, providing useful information freely and without advertising, but at its own expense. SN does not hawk any wares, host any advertising, and it is not set up as a charitable organization. Every cent and second of its continuing maintenance comes from my pocket. I have, only recently, begun to receive help for my efforts, but it is not enough to maintain the costs. I intend to continuing providing this resource free of charge, without resorting to the corporate whoredom of commercial advertising, but I can only afford to do this with your help. A list of some of the fees SN incurs each year: 170$CDN for the post box 90$US for hosting fees 35$US for the domain Countless hours and days of my life spent updating the site, writing articles for it, filtering and uploading submissions, etc. Spiral Nature, is, as far as I know, still the only large (600+ pages) website setting out to deal with various alternative philosophies, spiritualities and occult topics with on an even basis. As much time and dedication is afforded to the section on Satanism as is Wicca, or ceremonial magick to chaos magick and everything in between (though the number of articles that appear in these sections can vary depending on reader submissions). SN aims not merely to provide articles and essays on simple niche markets, but broaden horizons, with the belief that with more information available, knowledge of and tolerance for other paths will result. If you are one of the 5000-8000 daily visitors to this site, and feel that the information SN provides adds value and you use the website and continue to direct others here, whether for a specific article or the entire site, please consider supporting it financially as well. While any and all donations are greatly appreciated, we do offer some benefits depending on the amount. Level Amount Benefits Donor 1$+ Name or website listed on the main page for one calendar month. Preferred Donor 25$+ The option of having a link attached attached to the name of the donor on the main page for one calendar month. Sponsor 50$+ The option of adding a button-sized image with a link to your website for one calendar month on the main page. Rock Star Status 75$+ The option of adding a button-sized image with a link to your website for three calendar months on the main page. Please note: if you prefer to make an anonymous donation please indicate so, and your donation will be listed as "Anonymous". The times listed above represent the minimum your name/link/button/rock star status will appear on the main page. As there are often long lags between update it's quite likely that your name/link/button/rock star status will appear for a significantly longer period of time than indicated above. Your generosity will also be forever recorded on our List of Donors page, representing Spiral Nature's favourite people on teh Intarwebs. SN is not a non-profit organization, we don’t offer tax deductions, this website is run from my home office using my spare money and time.
